Service Definition
NOMYO AI provides AI infrastructure, software tools, and marketing automation services as described on our website and in our service agreements.
Acceptable Use
- You must comply with all applicable laws
- No self-harm or violence-generating content
- No repurposing AI output to cause harm
- Respect all AI safety safeguards
Data and Content Ownership
- You retain ownership of your input data and AI-generated outputs
- NOMYO does not claim ownership of your content
- Paid customer data is not used for training without consent
Intellectual Property
- NOMYO retains ownership of our platform, software, and technology
- Licensed access to our models and tools does not transfer IP rights
- Reverse engineering of our software is prohibited
Account Terms
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- One account per organization unless otherwise agreed
- NOMYO reserves the right to suspend accounts violating these terms
Limitation of Liability
NOMYO AI’s liability is limited to the amount you have paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
