We at Nomyo take seriously both your privacy and our responsibilities inrespecting and protecting it. Nomyo is committed to Privacy byDesign: we have deliberately developed our technology on afundamental level to collect as little of your data as possible foras short a period as possible (as detailed below). This privacypolicy explains how Nomyo LLC (“Nomyo,”“Our Company,”“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses and handles thedata it collects from you whenyou interact with our Web site or with ads that we have delivered,whether on our own behalf or on behalf of our clients or otherparties, or by any other means.

What data do we collect?

When you interact with an advertisment that we deliver on our own behalf or on behalf of our clients or others, we will temporarily (for approximately five seconds) have access to your IP address in order to establish a connection for selecting and delivering content. As part of our Privacy-by-Design approach, we delete this IP address data after those approximately five seconds.

We do retain, in most cases, a record of the city-level geographic location in which you have interacted with our technology. We use this retained geographic data for the purpose of reporting to our advertising clients on the number of individuals we have reached with their content.

We also may use this city-level geographic data on an aggregate level for informing what advertising content we deliver in the future to you and other users of the Web, as well as which ad opportunities we pursue.

We will not collect any other data from you.

How do we collect your data?

We collect your IP address for the five seconds as described above when we deliver an advertisement to your browser, as a part of the fundamental process that allows you to view content on the Web. As detailed above, we delete this data after approximately five seconds.

We do not collect any other data, but we do infer your city-level geographic location from the temporarily held IP address using a locally stored mapping of IP addresses and cities that we receive from from MaxMind, Inc. (“MaxMind”) on a weekly basis. You can opt out of MaxMind’s services at https://www.maxmind.com/en/opt-out

How will we use your data?

We will use our temporary knowledge of your IP address to establish a connection for selecting and delivering content to you, in the same way that enables every viewing of content on the Web.

As mentioned above, we will use the city-level geographic data that we infer from our temporary knowledege of your IP address for the purpose of reporting to our advertising clients on the number of individuals we have reached with their content.

We also may use this city-level geographic data on an aggregate level for informing what advertising content we deliver in the future to you and other users of the Web, as well as which ad opportunities we pursue.

We do not sell any of the data described herein or otherwise.

What are your data protection rights?

The right to access: You have the right to request copies of your personal data from us. We may charge you a small fee for this service.

The right to rectification: You have the right to request that we correct any information that you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request of us that we complete any information you believe is incomplete.

The right to erasure: You have the right to request that we erase your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to restrict processing: You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to object to processing: You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to data portability: You have the right to request that we transfer any of your data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

The right to non-discrimination: You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights, under certain conditions.
